The Organizing Committee for the ITTF World Masters Table Tennis Championships Gangneung 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizing Committee) and Gangneung City have officially begun overseas promotional activities to raise global awareness of the event, scheduled to take place in Gangneung in 2026.

From June 16 to 21, the Organizing Committee and Gangneung City participated in the 2025 European Veteran Table Tennis Championships held in Novi Sad, Serbia. They operated a promotional booth to actively introduce the upcoming Gangneung tournament.

A nine-member delegation (three from Gangneung City and six from the Organizing Committee) distributed promotional materials and provided information about the Championships to local participants and spectators. The team also conducted on-site inspections of the venue and operations to gain practical insights for the upcoming event.

Notably, the official emblem and mascot of the ITTF World Masters Table Tennis Championships Gangneung 2026 were unveiled for the first time during this event, drawing significant attention and positive reactions from table tennis enthusiasts around the world.

Gangneung City plans to continue global promotional efforts by attending international table tennis events and will maintain systematic preparations and collaboration to ensure the successful hosting of the 2026 Championships.
