To register for ITTF World Masters Table Tennis Championships GANGNEUNG 2026, you must complete and submit the online registration form.
Participants must provide a valid email address, mobile phone number and passport number. This information will only be used for health and safety purposes (e.g. contact tracing in emergency situations or pandemics). It may also be used to provide important information about the event via SMS or newsletters.

[Register accurately and quickly]

• Currently, only the ‘Remittance’ method can be selected during registration.
• Once you complete registration by selecting the ‘Remittance’ option, an invoice for payment will be sent to the email address you provided.
• For those who have completed the registration process before payment step, an email notification(or a new invoice with a link for payment with a credit card will be sent when online credit card payment is available. (The credit card payment system is scheduled to be provided from mid-August 2025.)
• Once ‘Payment’ is completed, ‘Account Creation’ will be completed, and a personal password will be sent to the email address you entered.
• If you need to change any contents after the registration, please log in using the registered email address and the password you received via email.

Additional Fees

• All costs incurred by bank transfers, currency exchange or related financial transactions must be fully borne by the participant.
• These costs (if any) must be paid directly to the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) on site in cash or by credit card prior to the issuance of the AID card.
• If the outstanding balance is not paid, the participant will not be able to receive any documents including all official materials such as the AD card and verification documents.

Doubles and Mixed Doubles Registration

• After you pay your registration fee, you will automatically receive an email with detailed instructions on how to find and confirm a partner.
• Both doubles and mixed doubles matches require confirmation from both partners for registration to be valid.
• The deadline for partner registration is Friday, April 24, 2026. After this date, LOC will randomly assign partners.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION / PACKAGE

A request to cancel one’s registration can be sent at any time under the following conditions:

1. Registration start date ~ September 30, 2025 (Tue) 23:59(GMT): No Cancellation fee
2. October 1, 2025 (Wed) ~ December 31, 2025 (Wed) 23:59(GMT): the Cancellation fee will be 50%
3. January 1, 2026 (Thu) ~ March 31, 2026 (Tue) 23:59(GMT): the Cancellation fee will be 75%
4. April 1, 2026 (Wed) ~ : the Cancellation fee will be 100%

If you wish to cancel, you may request a full or partial cancellation through the Registration page. Afterwards, the cancellation will be processed according to the payment method you made after the internal procedures.

• The same cancellation and refund policy applies to Registration/VIP PACKAGE and all other options available through the Registration system(OES).
• The cancellation fee is calculated based on the properties of the article. The fee as valid at the date and time of the cancellation is applied.
